About us

FT-ICR-MS@Ciências is the mass spectrometry research and training infrastructure of Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa

Providing state-of-art scientific expertise, advanced mass spectrometry technology, training and services in the area of mass spectrometry, particularly metabolomics, proteomics and native MS.

Located at C8 building, in two 100 sqm purpose built labs for MS (reinforced floor, enhanced air renewal, climatization, UPS, nitrogen and compressed air)

- Lab 8.2.33, dedicated to sample preparation, GC-MS and HPLC analysis

- Lab 8.2.46, dedicated to extreme resolution (FT-ICR-MS) and native mass spectrometry (Q-TOF-MS)

- Room 8.2.36, with data analysis computers, MS library, archives, houses the infrastructure personnel

Coordination and team
